Your NEXUS athletic trainer will perform a comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation to determine performance deficits and create a personal program that will improve strength and mechanics, increase flexibility, and regain sports functionality.
This program was designed to provide an evidence-based best practice pitching program for baseball pitchers at all levels to improve performance. This is done through the education of key components of pitching, including the reduction of injury risk through instruction of correct biomechanical technique and the incorporation of specific pre-habilitation exercises.
From the beginning running for fitness to marathoners and tri-athletes, our program looks at you as an individual. Our team of Physical Therapists, Licensed Athlete Trainers and Certified Strength &Conditioning Coaches will assess your status and create a plan for maximizing your ability as a jogger or runner to meet your goals. Our clinicians are trained in motion analysis, biomechanics, shoe selection, strength training, and the principles of aerobic fitness.
This program aims to develop and implement a fitness program for seniors that are movement and fitness oriented, challenging if requested, but most importantly, fun in all the activities that will engage the residents to provide a healthy, pleasant and positive experience for seniors of all levels of fitness, ability and mobility.
Designed to assist our athletes in reaching their athletic goals through a science based training program, nationally certified instructors and utilization of community partners. The program begins at the Middle School level with the focus on fundamentals and development and culminates at the high school level as we transition to a performance based program. After two years at Hudson, this program already serves as a model to other schools around the state as the gold-standard for prep-sport training.

With the use of slow motion video we will evaluate your swing mechanics and any physical limitations in order to design a personalized workout and training program to improve your club head, ball speed, accuracy, flexibility, and your over-all golf game.
