Raider ELITE is the Hudson School Districts in-house strength and conditioning program. It is designed to assist our athletes in reaching their athletic goals through a science based training program, nationally certified instructors and utilization of community partners. The program begins at the Middle School level with the focus on fundamentals and development and culminates at the high school level as we transition to a performance based program. Summer 2013 marks Raider Elite’s 5th year, our athletes are seeing the gains in strength as well as in the win column!
